Wow, rock on, Walter. Good stuff..textured, gritty, dark, rich in imagery--what's not to like? Cheers, mate, from one unlicensed poet to another.

Wow, Funom, that really made my day. These poems have been germinating in various forms for 35-40 years. I'll be posting more from the book I finally published two years ago - "Engine of Didactic Beauty".

Many thanks, Richard. Their gestation period has been about two generations and I'm hoping they are nicely ripened, fermented even, but fear they may cause cramps.

Love it. Supersaturated with ideas and imagery. "Better find where they hid your dossier" is one of my favorite lines, encapsulating the rushing paranoia of the world you put forth.

Supersaturated - I like it. Yah, paranoia is a big deal in human affairs and can be a form of vision when wrestled to the ground.

Walter I read you in a way suggesting what you say about my writing is at least equally true of your truths.

Most of these poems were fused together from several others over the years. Can't tell you how many rewrites they've been through. For me, reading them is almost like archaeology, lol.
