The Mind Is Yelling No

The garage. The closet. The middle bedroom. They are all taking My energy. They have stolen my Vitality. I wonder How it can be, that A little clutter completely Zaps my strength. I need to pretend that I have had a flood. Box it all up and throw It out. Maybe allow Myself to keep one Item per box. Moving is so liberating, And I have not moved For a long time. I am Ready to begin purging, But then we have my Body that is arguing With my mind. We are so tired, the body Is arguing. Yes, my mind Agrees, but let’s get started! My body is overcome With the stuff. Suddenly Exhausted, she crawls in for A nap, no help at all.
