The Jump
I’m taking a big risk with you
A jump
A leap of faith
I may come crashing to my heart’s demise
Or I could soar on the wings of an angel
It’s a lonely decision
Only I can make it
Do I choose the chance for love?
Do I harden my heart?
It’s a lonely decision
Only I can make it
You hurt me before
Will you do it again?
If I trust you
Will it be worth it?
I won’t know until I try
It’s a lonely decision
Only I can make it
I’ve made my decision
I choose…the jump.
