"the Journey's Finish"
Largely biographic
I have traveled all the nooks and crooks, of the twisted mind’s brooks
It was wisdom of heart I forsook, as from the world I took
Leaving behind in my wake, devastation of things I faked
Becoming wise as serpent, I interpret, ‘Evil’…burp it!
I BURP! My devil of lies, in disguise, my own life’s demise
I did arise, from my strife demise, stopped telling myself lies
From strife of demise, Love arise, tell humanity of life
Being freed from serpent strife, I am sorry Love, Precious Dove
Now my life, my wife, shall write a book, “The Brook of Nooks and Crooks”
About my life, my journey of strife, in my wilderness mind
This time, mind shall align, Moses shall go in…unto heart’s gen
Battles are within, one’s own self, until no serpent lair left
Wilderness I have trod, approved of God, with His smile and nod
Be wise as your disguise, Tell yourself lies, to your own demise
For root will prevail, precious Love will swell, from eternal well
Having finished my race, I quicken my pace, Love is my face
I shall go in and out, and of my mind, ‘I shall never pout’
My Love is meek but stout, Treasures from within I bring without
‘My friends I shall defend’… for humanity, new life begins
Friend or foe, away we go, for Love doth know, it’s friend or foe
Love searches within, my friends, the cart, the reins of sacred heart
Eternal glow, Love doth know,…not of show,… of carnal mind’s blow
You may rule with Dove, no push or shove, above of holy Love
Or you may serve below, Heaven's glow, in wilderness below!!
