With his carefully coiffed, yellow combed over hair Fake smile and trophy wife, no wonder people stare This jester is a maniac, in charge of the United States Making decisions that cause many heated debates Congress is in turmoil, folks are scared to say a word This joker is pulling their strings, and it really is absurd If someone disagrees with him or steps a little out of line They last as little as ten days. The jester is such a swine At least Humpty Dumpty wasn’t trying to build a wall If this jester doesn't shape up, he’s headed for a great fall! You painted him so very well..... I just wish he would change his way of thinking and actions for the whole country... because this rate I'm sorry to say, he is going to bring us to war... our land of peace, is in chaos with him.. :(

bravo! this is a great poem, jan, and the picture that accompanies it is perfect. it's embarrassing enough as an american having him as our president but doubly so when i see how the rest of the world views him (and all of us here, as a result).

Good write, Jan. Alas, a real jester is aware he jests, while this one takes himself seriously which is dangerous. This shoud do well in Kai's contest :)

I'm not sure if Kai is a supporter of Trump Agnes but I take my chance with the contests and know the risk of a political poem may fall flat but after another funeral today I needed a laugh. It is such a worry for the world with this 'jester' in charge and the tension with South Korea is frightening:-( hugs jan xx
