The greatest Valentine this world has ever know
Is Christ whose depth of love the cross has shown
It is this humble man from Galilee
Who loved and healed untouchables like me
It is the One who lived each single day
To touch with love those broken on the way
He saw with eyes that looked passed every sin
To see the beauty that remained within
He loved the ones that others thought were vile
He graced them with His touch and healing smile
His presence, sweet and tender, banished pain
And just one look from Him melted the shame
He is a Lover that's beyond compare
For whom each secret thought lies naked, bare
And yet He loves and gives without degree
My Valentine's the best there'll ever be

Whom have I in heaven but you? And earth has nothing I desire besides you
