The Flow

The music plays to the flow Of the water, over rocks shining bright All the notes, touch what I know Splashing in my mind, everything is alright The day is complete, as the sun says goodbye For now, it is a light moment to sit Be thankful for all the reasons why Contentment settles and dreams are lit I flow, with the music in the moment I flow, with the water that falls I flow, with the value of time spent I flow, as the sun sets and my heart calls Heidi Sands 9/29/17

I so appreciate your flowing poem, music is a calming, healing art for me too..."All the notes touch what I know.." (And the last stanza is lyrical to the inner person- lovely lines... :-)
