The Days of Our Lives

The days of our lives The days of our lives when counted are few One day you are young the next overdue The good old days live in the one who survives So just make the best of the days of our lives Inspired by the Soap Opera Title contest But unfortunately this titled wasn’t one of those listed. : ( (Didn’t realize that until after I wrote it)

Contests can still inspire a delightful poem like this even if it doesn't fit the rules!

Thanks Heidi. I read a few today for the contest and thought about this one and wrote it before reading the contest rules. Only certain soap opera titles are listed and nope, this wasn't there. But oh well, it's still a poem. :)
