The Baptism

Wrapped up in Forgiveness, He removed all sticks and stones And met you by the water To release this overload. Of sin and pain not virtue That once cradled your very being, He dunked you in the water An adult baptized into seeing. That life is really worth living When you reach the other side To start over in forgiveness No shame shall ever reside.
