That Was Then This Is Now -Contest
Back in the day I was so timid,
I wanted everyone to like me.
And I wanted to fit in very much,
I was so shy and all to myself.
I felt unattractive, the ugly duckling.
But that was then and this is now,
I found my voice, and I'm not afraid,
to speak boldly, I like being me.
I am comfortable in my own skin,
It took a while but I'm ok with me.
Back in the day I was so timid,
Today I am lioness when I have to be.
