While texting and the internet are wonderful ways of affordable communication especially with family and friends far away – what really begs the question is - are we taking it too far - losing our identity and our natural interchange of personalized connection? After all it is so easy to just text multiple people – interpretations are easily lost and one cannot possibly grasp the full meaning of what another may be trying to convey. A ‘texting’ culture now seems to be evolving in every country I’ve visited – I have even observed this in my local gym. The song lyrics -’Like a silent cancer grows’ seems to add clarity. Addicted to a ‘hush that alienates rather than harmonizes’ - Have we become victims to Social Media hype -possibly a Neon God of our own making? – Modern technology and clever marketing of the internet giants which we have raised to a ‘god like’ status perhaps.

I wish beyond wishing, if that were possible~ that people relearn being human. To sit down for a coffee. To look into another's eyes. To hold a hand~ to love Humanity more than technology. Money trumps humanity. It's a song of sorrow from me about this tragedy,

That is very kind my dearest friend. It never fails to amaze me how in such a few words you can say so much, with such deep meaning in your monokus, haikus etc etc. A rare talent indeed.
