Team-Leader --- Teacher-Pupil Equation
Research shows, teams under-perform, despite
all extra resources; members just fight
don't agree on agenda; an upright
leader gives professional touch for sight.
Disciplined leader chooses team mate right
for the job in best way; guide and ignite
with direction, she owns fully unite
team efforts, takes risk for result aright.
But, her job excitedly demanding
as involves exercise of commanding
authority, leader is upstanding
manages issues with understanding.
Sets direction successfully handling
task with maturity, precise planning.
