Taking a Break

While on vacation, I decided it was time to take a break from Poetry Soup, after seven years of being here. I do not know if, or when I will return. In the meantime, I want to thank everyone who visited my poems and commented. I really appreciate you-- being there for me. So many top poets and friends will dwell in my memories. Your visits and comments meant a lot.

Vijay, Always a friend to poetry and so many here on the Soup. There were times I felt boxed in by life. Maybe others felt the same. Your poetry cut little holes in the boxes we made. Allowing us to breathe easier. I wish you the same. -Richard

You were indeed a gracious presence on poetry soup. Initially I enjoyed your support so much and am thankful to you. Then one day you suddenly stopped looking at my poems. I couldn't find the reason. So I too stopped commenting on your poems. Hope you wouldn't leave poetry site and will return after a break. Best Wishes.
