Sunshine Sky
Sunshine, my fickle and flirtatious friend,
May this day sway your brightness to begin.
I crave your magic of prime earthly blend
And your radiant shine as my day’s win.
I marvel at all you have known and seen.
The endurance of your glorious rays
In keeping man lean and our nature green,
Astounds my awe in magnificent ways.
Your shiny vibes stroke me wholly alive.
With warmth of your promises on my flesh,
Renewed is my freedom to high ward thrive,
To soar as fueled by your brilliant mesh.
Living grounded where just my dreams may fly,
It is you, sunshine, that floats me through sky.
