Sundays With Layla.
Sunday is your day when we are encoiled,
through sisterhood and nappies soiled.
Starts with an awakening thats just not right,
ends with a goodnight kiss and you still in sight.
Giggles as we jabber in our little tongue,
i never believed the age gap could be so fun.
Adult and child, yet exactly the same
you showed me that age is just a domain.
Dancing obsession in shows full of love,
i will not tell you i've already seen that move.
19 and 2 our minds are on the same road,
keeping tight together i will take the load.
Long you were awaited sweet little layla,
no beauty or riches would have been a better favour.
You will not understand what i've written right here,
maybe next sunday we can try and read it my dear.
This is a gift you wont find when you open your eyes,
it is see through and empty, this will be to your surprise.
Not a cheap wand or teeth rotting jellies,
but a life long pass to sisterly memories.
