Sunday Blessing
Strong oaks and hard rocks,
gather, together, in quiet prayer.
Solid and everlasting…
Strength.
The evening has come,
and the sanctuary is quiet.
Peaceful...
They lift up their hands,
their hearts, their lives
and their loved ones.
They lift up their neighbors,
their friends, and strangers.
The city, the country, the state,
and Our Nation!
“God protect us and keep us…”
These are the pillars,
They show up when called.
They bring more than their asked,
and more than you need.
The heart of the church, “Warriors for the Lord!
Fear not the lions den, and sing loudly behind bars.
Stand tall, stand strong, as you bow your head,
and bend your knee.
He is listening.
