I want to shine But these stubborn clouds won’t get out of the way I want to bring warmth and brightness to your day I am here waiting, for moments to peek through Catch me while you can, as I reach my rays to you Rays upon the rain covered leaves, illuminating green Rays upon the wet pavement, shimmers to be seen Never give up on me, for I will return with the blue sky Then I will sit on the horizon and you may wonder why You lost faith in brilliant colors I can make those clouds -----Across the sky----- Heidi Sands 5/31/17

What a great personification poem Heidi. I feel like the sun sometimes I want to shine but stubborn cloudy people get in my way. Anyway a great poem nicely done.
