Summers Heat
SUMMERS HEAT
I feel the heat of Summers blazing sun
Pushing aside the gentle touch of Spring
I think of doing something just for fun
The thought has crossed my mind to buy a ring
It may seem to you the sun fried my brain
But until you meet the lady I know
You should make an effort just to refrain
From going where you need not to go
She captured my heart like the summer heat
Life for me now will never be the same
I will introduce her for you to meet
And be my best man when she takes my name
So, my friend beware of the Summer's heat
There are others like her who are so sweet
