Summer Time

summer time brings a smile to my face, unbelievable weather my mam's words embrace. midgets were busy the sun was so hot my parents words I shall never forget, even when I sit on a summers day....watching rain like stair rods too wet to play. the stories she told of dens in the woods in nowadays times that wouldn't be good Memories to cherish to relate to my young even adding a few of my own nowadays the young have their mobile phones only going out when the texting is done. weather immaterial rain or shine a mobile in hand ..that's what I find. days when a ride to the beach sounds fun a quick shake of the head .. what out in the sun!!! you'll will get sunburnt they say with horror sunbeds get you brown without any bother. penned July 2 2016

A healthy body is a happy body, a lesson all will learn way too soon. Sunshine in moderation is good for you. Technology, though convenient, is slowly destroying the fabric of society like an unseen cancer. Great write Seren!
