Summer Nights
Who doesn't a love summer night?
For this poet...they carry with her memories, so bright!
Sitting around candlelight under the stars,
Or perhaps, leaving the joviality of a boisterous bar?
Cruises on toasty warm, dark Wisconsin nights.
In heavenly boats of all sizes with colored lights.
My very first delicious kiss under moonlit trees.
Oh my Lord, at twelve, I was weak in the knees.
Fireflies in the Midwest, so beautul.
Fills my heart with forever, bubbling gratitude!
