Stuttering Love

You're way mmmore fun than bubble wrap, I wwwish that you were here, I really wwwwish I could talk with you, And my voice would sound all clear, You see, each t- each time I look at you, Your smile lights up the room, And I want to say how you make me feel, Like a rrrose that's in full bloom, But, my words, they n-never come out right, My wwwwwords all come out wrong, My mmmouth and tongue twist them all around, Till they're not where they belong, So I sit and think full words in my mmmind, The words s-stuck in my throat, The words I wish I c-c-could say to you, The words- "I love you the most."

Very creative. This reminds of an old blues song entitled "I Get Nervous" by the great Willie Dixon. He too used stuttering as a writing tool. Thanks for sharing............peace!
