Between time and space
A certain trace
Conspires to retire
With wild wild fire
Between then and now
We know not how
The uncertain feel
Lights a mad thrill
Between know and show
A fancy grows
To keep joy in sight
In the dark night
Between page and stage
We come of age
To know nimble touch
In a prompt nudge
