Stolen Identity
Regarding your kind letter of last Tuesday,
I have no intention these charges to pay
Since I have never been inside your store,
Never even been to Chicago; what’s more
Since I do not make any purchases on-line
[Which always seemed to work for me fine]
Now, I hope you catch this sorry-a**ed crook
Who has apparently my card numbers took
And I’ll be most pleased if you do not retort
You are sending notice for my credit report!
I am sure you will understand my chagrin,
And both of us hope it won’t happen again.
