Much of what I say might sound like it’s stirring up trouble, but it's the truth! Quote by Malcolm X stir the wind changed slightly that day i picked up a stone moving some atoms instead of leaving them be consequence rearranged me

Thanks so much Paula for sharing the good news, sometimes a few words is all that’s needed to get us thinking much deeper, cheers David

You've stirred my thinking David. Chemistry, physics..these things were not my strong subjects back in my school days..I know each time we move something the atoms are rearranged but that something doesn't change shape..unless there's a chemical reaction of sorts..Your poetry is unique. I find it fascinating but never have an answer to the ideas you put forward or suggest. I'm left with jigsaw pieces trying to put it all together, often failing but very much enjoying the process. Cheers - Gary

We are all missing pieces Gary! Don’t let anyone tell you they’re not!

I hear you David. It's not the jigsaw that's missing a piece, I think it's me. :) Cheers - Gary

Heya Gary, let’s look at this another way, Perhaps I threw the stone, and the wind slightly changed its trajectory, and one thing led to another that mostly went unseen til years later, then the consequences became apparent one day, but not before they had rearranged part of me, I hope this analogy may help you with that jigsaw, or have I totally messed it up lol! Cheers David

David, your poem is unique. Your clever and eloquent incorporation of physics is truly amazing. You impress us with your mastery of cause and effect, truly a genius. Your work gracefully offers intriguing concepts and a ripple effect.

High praise Lasaad, although I’m far from a genius, more a thinker or freethinker perhaps, I like to ponder physics from a quantum level to the cosmological one, nobody as yet has reconciled both with a GUT, (grand unified theory) myself I’m leaning toward consciousness as the reconciling intermediary, cheers David

Very clever David.. I think this is the only one I have seen, using the word stir...

Thank you S1, hopefully writing this one doesn’t stir up an international incident lol! Cheers David

Love the way you applied your grasp for physics, genius to stir us with cause & effect. Jainists would smile knowingly!

I’m not sure about the actual butterfly effect per se, (hurricanes caused by a butterfly flapping its wings) but certainly an asteroid can get an imperceptible nudge or a tug of gravity that eventually puts it on a collision course with earth!

The butterfly effect(in chaos theory) the phenomenon whereby a minute localized change in a complex system can have large effects elsewhere. I want to explore it and write down something that I can get something out of. D is right about effects both ways, plenty of examples.

Heya Anaya, they probably would, but perhaps would not approve of my carnivore lifestyle lol! over time that one insignificant disruption can lead to a catastrophic order of consequences locally or universally methinks, cheers David

Interesting concepts presented here David, cause and effect and ripples - all very intriguing, good luck with the contest

Point taken! Perhaps I should have said may or may not like! And I’m sure anyone that won the lottery would certainly agree with you Dilly, lol!

Thanks Dilly on the greater scale chaos appears to reign, but stir up that chaos one iota, and it can lead to an unforeseen consequential order, we may not like, cheers David
