Still the One
You guard my secrets, you kiss my scars
I'm a better me because of who you are
Ten seasons already; ten springs, ten falls
Yet it feels like no time has passed at all
We do have our conflicts over bills and chores
You still haven't fixed the squeaky drawer!
There have been days of shouting and nights of silence
But we have learned to forgive to bring balance
Just an ordinary life, as simple as it seems
Through it all, you are still the man of my dreams-
