Still as the moments When snow erases the past’s dust, Whispering light over the spirit, A music, a song, a poem Choice words, deepest convictions Melancholy touched by light, Falling flakes in the dead of night…. Still as the sigh and graceful, Like the moon who stirs at twilight, Ebony rich with its hesitant glow, Whisky burnished, forever Riding on the cares of a past, Where nothing will last Only gentle music, a melody Peaceful and flowing… Still, like the murmuring creek Blessing the warmth of a sunny afternoon, When light fades into shadows, Blessings stirring in the laughter, Like children who assume There’s nothing better than June The month for hearts who bloom Like the roses, blushing and graceful Composing all the lyrics of beautiful… Still, as the echo across the mountains Melodies hastened by the notes Blowing in from the East, Broken by the breeze, On winds who sooth, completing All the journeys beyond the grief The wonder of healing, Hoping and believing – He is here In the heart who sees Him And remembers… Still, there is a promise, more amazing Grace that never ends, A comforter who just begins When there is faith that agrees He is love and He frees The soul to find the wonder and peace, The poetry of a psalm, The music of a soul who sees Beyond the now, to the eternal Where we will be forever, embracing The One who created us to be Still, and see… He is everything we will ever need He is the hope that brings belief. He is the moment when silence speaks. He is the love that heals and frees. He is still everything I hope to see… When I reach that home that waits for me.

It is another wonderful poem dedicated to the glory of God. That is the best subject matter in literature.
