Author Dana Redricks February 2, 2019 It was a star that pointed the wise men to Christ A star that pointed slaves to freedom and the flag we have stars to me the the stars are a sign of liberty and freedom Let the stars shine to light the path in a dark world and remember what true freedom means The freedom to stand up for what we know right and not just phase because others disagree Let stars be a guiding light a symbol of power and might Somehow we have forgotten wrong from right Freedom does not give us justification to do wrong Freedom give the strength to hold on to what we know is right and fight for what we know is right
