Spring Time
The blooms of Spring slowly unwind
As the sun's light moves closer too
Winter's wind still appears to remind
Its dusk gray skies have yet turned blue
As the light of the day stretches longer
With buds starting to sprout in mass
When warmth enters growing stronger
And the meadows turn a greener grass
When the days of fragrance fill the air
And scents linger in the softest breeze
Unveiling new coats flowers wear
When they dance on long stems with ease
Tomorrow will claim beauty's dress
As it's paid by the Earth to please
Spring will arrive as a Princess
Her beauty brings Winter to its knees
