Snowdrops raise their sleepy heads Peering up from their wintry beds Right in front of my sapphire eyes I see the sun shining in azure skies Now I know spring is finally here Gone are the snowy days I fear! In the fields cute lambs now play See them gamboling every day Crocus flowers in vibrant hues Of ochre, purple and pretty blues My garden is full of lovely flowers I tend them carefully for many hours Narcissus and daffodils dance on the breeze Gorgeous pink petals form on Sakura trees See the gardens brimming with vibrant colour Orchard blossoms will form fruits for summer Outside I see bright butterflies fluttering around Nature’s beauty appears all over the ground Spring is coming soon Contest Sponsored by Laura Loo 03~18~17
