Spring Interlude
Scent of moist spring tells of re-birth,
Pulse floods fresh air as sun warms bright;
Rush bold saplings that green the earth,
Invoke fine flair in sheer delight;
Notice the world in gentle swoon,
Grace renews fest that flavours ground.
Impulse now hurls such ample boons,
New wonders crest now all around;
Truth shows a way where joy prompts show,
Enlist dear soul grand sparkling thoughts;
Reach mellows play where flora grows,
Lift bounty whole with succinct plots;
Urge lively cheer to fashion peace,
Dress acts right here to gather ease,
Etch love most dear in fond increase.
