Spider-Man Blanket Pov: a Poem

When will you need me again? I know I am your security when you're in faraway lands, But when will you go out again? When will you notice me here? Laying on the floor, under the bed. I hear your footsteps every morning and every night. But when will I see you again? When will you realize you're me? Ignored, forgotten, missed, claimed to be deeply loved. I know you did not put me in this place. And I know you did not put yourself in your place. But when will you see we are the same and deserve better?
