Speak Softly To Me of Love

When you whisper your sweet words of love to me
your voice becomes an impassioned romantic song.
The rich tones capture me with their erotic melody,
one to make me tremble in your arms all night long.
Speak softly to me, my love, as I lay here beside you.
Hold me against your heart; let me inhale your breath.
I thirst for your kisses, as flowers drink morning dew,
Without your love to share, I would welcome death.
We have become totally lost in a world of our own making.
No more lonely days and nights spent reaching for a hand,
and no more grieving for a love, no more sad hearts aching.
You love me and I love you so. New love is something grand.
We are starry lovers, dancing together throughout the night.
Bodies clinging to each other closely, until we become one.
We create our darkest shadows when the full moon is bright.
Our whispers are songs of love, of a love that's just begun.
An emphasis was placed on 'Speak Softly Love'
and a minor application of 'And I Love you So.'
