Soup Contest - Personality Test

I'm me, don't differ when it comes to cooking Put everything in and mix it up It might be brilliant, I'm not even looking Just trust that I like what I throw in To thicken a soup I use different devices Maybe flour and water Sometimes blending half entices Tomato puree, chia seeds or lentils perhaps How long to cook, depends on my mood Traditional pan, then the wait irritates The pressure cooker suits me and my food I don't even fry off onions anymore I do love certain combinations Broad bean, pea and mint It always meets my expectations It's something I'm proud of (though meal for one) I'm particularly good at chopping too So soup and sauces work well Texture achieved when combined with roux Therapeutic perhaps...

Yup a big pot and throw it all in. Minestrone for for one but enough for seven nights. I like your thickeners D, and minted peas with broad beans yum. Sounds lie a good health meal BOL in contest.
