I refuse to dwell
in the shadows,
live in the shadows
write in the shadows

Victim poetry!

Perpetrators read
our entries, our posts,

delight in their
enduring power
keeping attached

letting go is liberation

while bitterness, hatred, 
desire for revenge is a spirit 
anchor

let the heart elevate,
levitate to Divine Light 
and presence – Heaven
has no victims, open arms
welcomes back all souls
willing to forgive and love….

Valsa George September 3, 2026 at 8:56 PM Very insightful, Joe. God is all forgiving. ... so should we. We keep unnecessary resentments against others. Forgiveness is hard to find in many. Still God forgives. A valuable reminder to stay closer to Him by forgiving as He has forgiven. Joseph P. DiMino September 2, 2026 at 6:13 PM Difficult to forgive...often seeming impossible. But it has to be done if one is move on. A bitter heart, poisons the body.
