Sometimes
We fit so well together, but sometimes...
Sometimes, it's like water crashing on a rock.
Moving so steadily, yet gushing so fast.
I want to help you flow and grow, but for some reason, all I do
is cause mayhem and white rapids.
We can't see what's in front of us nor can we change it.
You see...
You are the water and I am the rock
I can't change. But you... You take any form. I'm a
hypocrite for demanding it of you. When I can't do
it myself. You deserve better. You deserve soft
banks that flow with you, keeping you safe.
Showing you the way to where every body of water
meets. While I stay near this cliff trying to keep you here with me...
