then they quickly dried
We hugged
and we talked
and we cried
and cried some more
then …
there was laughter
as we reminisced
and remembered
the happy times we once shared
Rewritten for contest as Joy
Our tears of laughter were

we had planned
his demise
so meticulously ….
When the ice stiletto pierced his heart
All the evidence melted away
At the end of the day
We had committed
the perfect crime!
