Sometimes when people meet they may expect certain things of each other that just are not there. People are different. They're like snowflakes. There are thousands of them and yet no two are exactly alike. Each very intricately crafted and very beautiful in their own way but just a little different from each other. It's a scientific fact that opposites attract. We have to learn to accept each other. Have you ever noticed how accepting an animal is of you? He doesn't care what color you are. He doesn't care if you are good looking or not. He doesn't care about your clothes, the way you walk or talk or what kind of house you live in or the car you drive. ALL HE CARES ABOUT IS WHAT KIND OF A PERSON YOU ARE. IF YOU TREAT HIM RIGHT HE WILL LOVE YOU.
It isn't often that you find,
Someone just like you.
Someone who likes the things you like,
The things you like to do.
Someone who sees things as you do,
Someone who's like-minded;
Who understands the way you think,
And doesn't think you're blinded,
By a certain train of thought,
Or that perhaps you're daft,
Or that you only have one thought,
Because of a favorite craft.
It's good to know there's someone else,
In whom you can confide.
Someone with whom you can converse,
With whom you can abide.
Someone with whom you can relax.
There's no need to pretend.
You can simply be yourself,
Because you're among friends.
