Some tears will never dry
Can this stream of tears ever dry?
It won't stop, however I try!
Its floods expand the more I cry!
Each droplet can bake me a fry.
So gentle souls could fly this high,
That the birds could give just a sigh,
Though the sun had shone when you died.
But mum why didn't you wave us a bye?
Your wisdom, now in silence caged,
With bones soon left to dry out clean,
Your soul wears gowns without cufflinks,
You dance now to the king of kings.
You left when well ripened in age,
You even left us as a sage,
Your remains, now locked in a cage,
Your birthdays will pass without cakes.
Adieu!
As God forever lives as a king,
May you find on his throne a stay,
May your voice in triumph sing,
May your spirit there never stray.
