So Young

was I ever so young maybe a million years ago when my only worry was that smile from the right boy how simple life seemed to be yet I couldn’t wait to grow up blissfully ignorant of what might be in store for me unaware that life didn’t magically open up into a perfect little world was I ever really so young? I think we ALL wonder this. It's like you could just see yourself and you want to go back and whisper in your young self's ear: this is what ya gotta do!! (or better yet, what you better NOT do) Love this.

Every time I meet a 5th grader, I always remember my first feeling of "now being a grown-up". LOL
