So This Is What It Feels Like

So this is what it feels like I say to myself Isn’t it funny how you wait And think and plan for something Something so far off, it will never come And then one day, it’s here Retirement A lovely sentiment No more nasty alarm clocks No more angry clients Time to travel Then it hits you, it’s about to happen A huge change And this is what it feels like Not so much the dream, you’ve imagined More than a bit scary Even a bit sad Definitely, nothing I’ve ever felt before But still looking forward

- When you retire you have time for EVERYTHING you dream of ... a different existence, but life should be enjoyed anyway :) - Even if no alarm clock rings ... the day, weeks, months and years go too fast :) - I, has been there for a few years - my retirement time began too early because of my fibromylagia :) - hugs // Anne-Lise :)
