So Spake Simple Simon
Path of emptiness,
creates space within our heart,
soon suffused by bliss.
What does this entail,
we may ask curiously,
fearing the unknown.
We’re told we are soul
and not this organic form
but how may we know?
All we need to do,
is to distance our presence,
from fear and desire.
We, as the witness
are the eternal subject;
all else are objects.
Objects disappear
from our field of awareness,
on thought cessation.
Dwelling in the void,
our aliveness yet hums on;
as light eternal.
We are transcendent
and yet in form immanent.
The truth is simple.
We are the light, our heart seeks.
