Snow Angels

A little boy in eagerness Ambitious to begin his day He wants to go outdoors Doing what he does best Making several snow angels All through the morning Once outside the young lad Begins his welcome tasks Making snow angels one by one They are all side by side He takes a break then starts again Until he is satisfied Exhausted from his busy day He slips into a deep slumber Spends the night caught up in dreams Not waking until the afternoon To look outside the window So proud of the jobhe had done

Hello Marc,I also rhyme yet I have not done it lately.Yes there are other styles of poetry.Free verse is my favourite it is the first form I tried. Then I tried other forms,you will to when you feel the time is right for you.So does Shadow Poetry. Have a nice day my friend.
