Snow

In the morning they were cold and looked outside: what a sight to see; they almost cried, as they frowned and muttered, 'No': Grown-ups full of woe! Awful day! Snow. Children play, laughing faces glow, dancing, running, on the go, taking turns to pull a sledge and ride; in the morning they were cold and looked outside... written 23rd November for Emile's Andaree contest

Snow is beautiful but it all depends on when you are looking at it. If you absolutely have to go out and work in it or drive through it to work it's not so grand. Great write here Jack. God Bless, Jb

Our poems are much alike Jack. I loved how you showed both attitudes from the perspective of adults and the joy of children. A beautiful Andaree Jack! Congratulations! : ) xxoo

Enjoyed the contrasting reactions of the young ones and grownups, Jack. No snow for us in Malta! It never snows here. Regards // paul
