Snappers

There once was a Chick from the sea whose two buxom breasts were set free. Twin seaweed straps snapped as thunder clouds clapped and the sailors drown ecstatically.

It’s a fish eat fish world out there! Congratulations Deborah, you swam to the top of the pond with your winning placement in Carolyn Devonshire’s Sea Tale Limerick contest. It is so funny! I liked it a lot on my previous read. (Imagine bubbles floating around the following words!) Bask in the fun of the winners circle. You deserve it. Big Smiles! Lovingly, Dane Ann

THIS was MY first place winner, Deb. And that one that had a fish farting with a bubble. Who did that one? Congrats, LADY!!

Yes, Miss Deborah, this one is delightfully blue, if the old roue may say so. There was no lacking of wit and clever turns of the phrase in this contest. Carolyn did a good job with this and I, for one, would love to see more of them. I know that everyone had a good time with this one. I certainly did. Kudos, my dear. Regards, Gerard.

Deb, this is FUNNY! I hope you entered it in Carolyn's contest. (I wish I could think of a funny sea limerick. I entered one, but it's a bit...average. But the best that I could come up with.) Good luck in the contest. Lovingly, Dane Ann
