I used to be in sales. We had mirrors beside our phones. Training stated that we smile at ourselves as we spoke.

Yes... I was told to 'put a smile in my voice.' ... And by actually smiling, it's much easier to do that. Did you work in a 'House of Mirrors,' by the way? lol. Thanks, Caren
