Such beauty has been born from chaos here at this volcano site at Crater Lake; breathtaking, in the crystal sapphire blue, that sparkles in the sun's majestic light. For sure- explosive was that sudden crack- when the strained earth decided to erupt and spew the contents of its fiery dome- create a scenic basin seen as art. That cool, clear water, deep and very still, reflects such peaceful bliss around the rim of snow-capped mountains and attentive pines that guard its quiet slumber through the years. Volcano, will you wake to crack again? Take back your gift of beauty- if and when? January 11, 2019 Premiere Contest: Cracked Sponsor: Anthony Biaanco Unrhymed Sonnet
