Sir, I hope your day overflowed With sunshine, and sunbeams tickled your nose or Kissed the face of Someone you love and together You did cart wheels Or wrote some silly poem Altenating the lines of love. Sir, Oh, I hope someone sang you A lullaby, if not today, Last night and perhaps whispered How they were blessed To have you as a friend, lover, son, pal, dad or Just a good buddy to enjoy a Beer with or champagne In celebration of something Wonderful!
