Sincere Appreciation
I try so hard to show heartfelt gratitude,
showing my love with a positive attitude.
I am so thankful for my beautiful daughter,
praying good life lessons I have taught her.
May I never show poor faith in her or platitude.
For all my family that puts up with me,
they see things in me I never could see.
The way they each show gratitude back,
and never look at all the things that I lack.
They make me believe my heart can be free.
I love my hubby with all my heart and soul,
for he is the true one who has made me whole.
For all the ways he shows his love indeed,
and is there for every single helpless need.
He shows his appreciation for me also.
I give thanks to everything I have in life,
for being a mother and heartwarming wife.
I recognize all things that bring me woe,
are just a bridge to help me learn to let go.
I shall show my gratitude even in times of strife.
