Pleasant musings sing to my spirit
With rhythms of blissful inspiration
On notes of sweetest pearls
And riches of kind gestures
Treasures of compassion
Taught by stillness
Calm breathes
Of wisdom
Imprisoned
~
Lovely reveries color my emotions
With passion, gentleness, affection
Dreams of tomorrow’s masquerade
Will I aspire to be enthusiastic
Or will I be an insipid aroma
Fragrant like a tender rose
Or putrid like foul words
Dreams entrance me
Soft serenity
~
Friendly reflections whisper warmth
With velvety smooth, soothing thoughts
Imaginings of all that brings peace
Intimacy with nature and people
Easy, charming and creative
Tranquility, silent echoes
Collecting within me
Touching my psyche
With caring
~
Gentle feelings feed my fantasies
With assurance that silence brings
Miracles to be prized as treasures
From heaven
God’s gift
