Show me God
Mind-body is a mirror
that’s clearer when God’s nearer,
which requires us to be pure,
distanced from worldly allure.
Vast, empty space all around
is God Himself but we’re bound
to objects within the void
since we’re by ego decoyed.
Devoid of thought we are still,
surrendered to divine will,
whereupon in heart’s abyss
we imbibe rapturous bliss.
Employing our inner sight
we see space as light soft white,
being the halo of God ~
a knowing that leaves us awed.
